Matrox Maevex MGX Dual Channel 4K IPMX AV over IP Decoder

The Matrox Maevex MGX Series encoders and decoders deliver industry-leading low-latency 4K60 AV-over-IP streaming with H.265 4:4:4 image quality at up to 1/20th the bitrate of virtually all other ProAV codecs. Its highly efficient streaming architecture dramatically reduces network congestion, complexity, and infrastructure costs, creating a paradigm shift in the way video moves over IP. Built for enterprise and mission-critical environments, Maevex MGX supports both open-standard IPMX and Matrox IQ Mode, enabling organizations to optimize for interoperability or maximum performance depending on their workflow needs. With advanced codec support, multi-protocol streaming, and integrated USB functionality for interactive workflows, Maevex MGX goes beyond traditional video distribution, enabling real-time collaboration, remote access, and scalable network deployments, all while dramatically reducing bandwidth requirements.

H.265/H.264 support delivers exceptional image quality and bandwidth efficiency Industry-leading low latency performance as low as 1 frame for real-time responsiveness Comparable quality and latency at a fraction of the bandwidth to virtually all ProAV 1GbE light compression solutions, reducing network congestion and complexity and infrastructure costs while supporting scalable deployments Choose between IPMX or Matrox IQ Mode, or use both simultaneously with multi-stream support Local output enables both on-site operation and control while simultaneously streaming your content to decoders and other endpoints Additional support for RTSP, MPEG-TS, and SRT streaming increases deployment flexibility across AV environments Keyboard, mouse, and webcam extension for capturing and controlling desktop content remotely Enables real-time interaction industry-leading low latency for a seamless user experience, at 1/20th the bitrate of other USB-enabled ProAV solutions Supports collaborative meeting spaces, control rooms, and secure remote operations
