The 4C IP68 In-Line Weatherproof Cat6 RJ45 Coupler provides a robust, industrial-grade solution for extending Ethernet connections in demanding environments. Designed to protect your network infrastructure from water, dust, and debris, this coupler is ideal for outdoor security cameras, industrial automation, and temporary outdoor events. Its screw-locking mechanism ensures a secure, vibration-proof connection that maintains signal integrity even in harsh Australian conditions.
Constructed from high-quality PA66 nylon, the shell offers excellent durability and resistance to UV exposure and mechanical stress. The internal design features a high-performance Cat6 RJ45 female-to-female interface, allowing for quick "plug and play" installation without the need for specialised punching tools. This makes it an efficient choice for field repairs or expanding existing outdoor network runs.
The multi-stage sealing system includes waterproof nuts, rubber gaskets, and an internal apron to achieve a certified IP68 rating. It is designed to accommodate cable diameters ranging from 4.5mm to 7.5mm, providing a tight, waterproof seal around the cable jacket. The compact 12cm total length ensures it can be tucked into tight spaces or conduits while maintaining full environmental protection.
Whether you are installing wireless access points on a building exterior or connecting sensors in a factory, this coupler ensures your Cat6 speeds are preserved without the risk of corrosion or moisture ingress. Its toolless assembly saves time on-site, providing a professional-grade finish for any weatherproof networking project.
