Description
Upgrade your industrial automation and control systems with the high-performance Multi-Pair 7/0.30mm 2 Pair Screened PVC Cable. This cable features 7/0.30mm bare copper conductors and PVC insulation, providing a nominal 0.5mm² conductor area, perfect for a wide range of instrumentation, control, alarm, and security applications. Its aluminium laminate screening ensures moderate protection against electrical interference, making it ideal for environments where signal integrity is critical. This versatile cable is ideal for connecting devices to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), air-conditioning controllers, thermostats, and refrigeration units. Additionally, it is suitable for factory automation systems, including interconnections of proximity sensors, reed switches, IR sensors, overcurrent detectors, and control signals for DC or AC motor drives. The PVC insulation and jacket ensure durability and flame retardancy, making it a reliable choice for indoor or factory environments. For enhanced screening performance, an individual and collective screened version is available. In areas where physical damage risk is high, steel wire armoured versions can be considered. The cable is also available in a red jacket for fire alarm system applications, catering to a wide range of industrial and security needs. Choose the Multi-Pair 7/0.30mm 2 Pair Screened PVC Cable for a reliable and versatile solution to your industrial and control wiring needs. Benefit from superior performance and compliance with standards such as AS/NZS 1125 and AS/NZS 3808.FEATURES 7/0.30mm bare copper conductor PVC insulated and jacketed Aluminium laminate screened for electrical interference Ideal for industrial, control, alarm, and security applications Suitable for indoor and factory environments Available in higher screening and steel wire armoured versions Red jacket option for fire alarm systems Complies with AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 3808, IEC60332-1 standards RoHS compliant SPECIFICATIONS Pack Size: 500m Applicable Standards: AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 3808, IEC60332-1 Suitable Applications: Voice and data services, interconnection between electrical equipment and instruments ROHS Compliant: Yes Number of Pairs: 2 Conductor Characteristics AWG: 20 Stranding: 7/0.30mm Area: 0.5mm² Diameter: 0.91mm Material: Bare Copper (BC) Insulation Material: PVC Nominal Thickness: 0.32mm Nominal OD: 1.65mm Drain Wire AWG: 22 Stranding: 7 Area: 0.343mm² Diameter: 0.25mm Material: Tinned Copper (TC) Screen Material: Aluminium Polyester Tape Coverage: 100% Outer Sheath Material: PVC Colour: Black Nominal Thickness: 0.75mm Nominal OD: 6.8mm Physical Characteristics Insulation Elongation at BBA: >100% Outer Sheath Elongation at BBA: >100%
