Optimise your workspace with our premium V2 industrial-grade heavy-duty storage shelving, a complete single bay system engineered for maximum strength and safety. Ideal for garages, warehouses, retail shops, and industrial environments, this versatile shelving unit seamlessly organises everything from automotive spare parts and hardware to bulk commercial inventory and general purpose archives. Designed as a freestanding unit that can also be fixed to the ground, it delivers a clean, secure, and professional storage setup for commercial premises and home garages alike.
Engineered for high-capacity performance, this robust four-shelf single bay provides a safe environment for your heavy-duty storage requirements. Each individual shelf is constructed to comfortably hold an equally distributed weight of 200kg, accumulating to a massive total weight capacity of 800kg. To completely eliminate weak points and prevent bowing under pressure, the metal shelf panels are manufactured with integrated back supports. For absolute structural integrity, a heavy-duty click-in system is reinforced with locking nuts and bolts that keep the frame securely aligned, providing rock-solid stability even when configuring or handling your setup.
This unit is supplied as a standalone starter bay containing two upright frames, measuring 900mm wide from outer edge to outer edge. If you plan to expand your layout by linking extension kits, subsequent bays connect by sharing a common upright frame rather than standing side-by-side. Because sharing a common frame saves you 80mm of wall space per additional bay, calculating a multi-bay run is simple. For example, a two-bay setup (one starter and one extension) measures 1720mm total width, while a three-bay setup measures 2540mm total width, allowing you to plan your floor layout with absolute precision.
Please note that if you are integrating these upgraded V2 horizontal beams with version 1 upright frames, custom pins are required for an optimal fit and can be requested directly from us upon order.
