Optimise your workspace storage footprint with our premium V2 industrial-grade heavy-duty shelving extension kit, explicitly engineered to expand your customised configuration. Ideal for warehouses, garage spaces, commercial workshops, and industrial environments, this modular add-on module connects directly to an existing starter unit to efficiently organise automotive spare parts, bulk retail stock, hardware tools, and general archive boxes. Designed as an extendable frame layout, it delivers a clean, secure, and highly professional modular storage setup across your commercial premises.
Engineered for high-capacity structural performance, this robust bay provides an impressive total load capacity of 800kg distributed evenly across the system. The framework features 4 fully adjustable tiers, with each individual shelf level constructed to comfortably support a massive weight capacity of 200kg. To completely eliminate localized weak points and prevent structural bowing under heavy loads, the hard-wearing metal panels are manufactured with integrated back supports. The secure assembly utilises a reliable click-in design reinforced with locking nuts and bolts to maintain absolute frame alignment and exceptional safety.
This durable, heavy-duty configuration is finished with a high-grade powder coating to guarantee long-lasting resilience against scratches, impacts, and daily wear in high-traffic storage layouts. Supplied as a single extension module, it contains one upright frame, four steel panels, and four horizontal beam sets to increase your layout capacity with precision. Because linking extension kits eliminates a redundant post footprint by utilising shared common frames, this system cuts down installation width efficiently, allowing you to calculate multi-bay runs with exact accuracy.
Please note that if you are integrating these upgraded V2 horizontal beams with V1 upright frames, custom pins are required for an optimal fit and can be requested directly from us upon order.
