The TP-Link Omada EAP770 is a cutting-edge BE9300 Tri-Band Ceiling Mount Wi-Fi 7 Access Point designed for high-density environments. It delivers blistering speeds of up to 5765Mbps on the 6GHz band, 2882Mbps on the 5GHz band, and 688Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. By utilising the clear 6GHz band and ultra-wide 320MHz bandwidth, this device eliminates buffering and ensures many more simultaneous transmissions at the fastest possible speeds. It is the perfect solution for modern businesses requiring robust, low-latency wireless connectivity.
Equipped with a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, the EAP770 unlocks the full potential of Wi-Fi 7, providing a bottleneck-free wired backhaul. Advanced features like Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and Multi-RUs significantly reduce latency and interference, maintaining high network performance even in crowded spaces. The device supports over 380 concurrent clients and provides approximately 140m² of coverage, making it ideal for large offices, schools, or hospitality venues.
Integration into the Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform allows for 100% centralised cloud management. This enables administrators to control the entire network, including access points, switches, and gateways, from a single interface. Key wireless functions such as Mesh, Seamless Roaming, and Band Steering ensure a fluid user experience, while WPA3 encryption and Rogue AP detection provide enterprise-grade security for sensitive data.
The EAP770 features a sleek, compact design with efficient heat dissipation and supports both 802.3at PoE and 12V/2.5A DC power supplies. Its versatile mounting kit allows for easy installation on ceilings, walls, or junction boxes. With its combination of Wi-Fi 7 speed, massive capacity, and sophisticated management tools, the EAP770 represents the future of professional networking infrastructure.
