The TP-Link EAP787 is a high-performance Omada BE12000 Ceiling Mount Wi-Fi 7 Access Point designed for demanding enterprise environments. Utilising the latest Wi-Fi 7 standard, it delivers combined tri-band speeds of up to 11020Mbps across the 6GHz, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz bands. This access point features a dedicated RF scanning chip that provides real-time spectrum monitoring and dynamic interference avoidance, ensuring a stable and robust wireless connection even in high-density areas.
Equipped with a 10G Ethernet port, the EAP787 eliminates backhaul bottlenecks, allowing for lightning-fast wired connectivity to the rest of your network. Advanced Wi-Fi 7 technologies, including 320MHz bandwidth, Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 4K-QAM, and Multi-RUs, work together to provide ultra-low latency and massive throughput. This makes it an ideal solution for bandwidth-intensive applications such as high-definition video conferencing, cloud computing, and large-scale data transfers.
The EAP787 is built for massive capacity and extensive coverage, supporting over 510 concurrent clients and covering up to 190m². It integrates seamlessly into the Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform, enabling centralised management, one-click setup, and advanced features like Mesh and Seamless Roaming. For security, it supports WPA3-Enterprise, captive portals, and VLAN tagging to keep your network protected and organised.
Installation is flexible and straightforward with support for both 802.3bt PoE and 12V/2.5A DC power supplies. The included mounting kits allow for easy deployment on ceilings, walls, or junction boxes. Whether you are upgrading an existing network or building a new one, the TP-Link EAP787 provides the future-proof performance and reliability required for modern Australian business connectivity.
